Brief History of The School
Lumen Christi International School was founded on oct,5th 1986 by His Grace,most Rev.Dr.P.E Ekpu (Archbishop Emeritus of Benin Archdiocese).

Lumen Christi won the first position in NNPC Science Competition in the South-South Geo-Political Zone in 2007. She had received the award for Best Overall WAEC result for four times. 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2014 respectively (The Guardian, 1st Jan., 2009; The Guardian, 4th Jan., 2009). (The Guardian, Dec. 31, 2010; Vanguard, Dec, 24, 2010; Daily Sunday, Jan., 4, 2011). (The Nation, April, 18th 2012; Tribune, April, 19, 2012; The Guardian, April, 26, 2012; Tell, April 30, 2012).
On the 30th September, 2015, she won the Edo State Governorship Debate Award/Cash Prize organized by His Excellency Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, to mark Nigerias 55th Independence Anniversary.
On 27th August, 2016, she was awarded for her Excellent Performance in 2015 WAEC Examination in the form of Cash/Books Donation by Culbeat Foundation under the Auspices of Reward Nigeria Award. This award she has won for the 3rd time.
14th June 2017, The School won the African Brands Review Award, tagged "2017 Outstanding School of the Year". This award was given to the school during the organization's 2017 Africa Top Schools of the Year Ceremony held in Benin City.
The School won overall best aggregate WAEC result during the May/June 2016 Senior School Certificate Examination, thus bagging the "Augustus Bamidele Oyediran Trophy/Award".
The School Principal Rev. Father Theophilus Itaman PhD, who by the grace of God and his unwavering doggedness and hard work, bagged the award for the most Distinguished Principal of the Year.

This is a platform that enables schools digitize their conventional student result processing system, and have the digitized students result published online for restricted access. LUMEN CHRISTI POCKETMONI SYSTEM (Students School Local Bank)
LUMEN CHRISTI PocketMoni System is a web Application designed and developed by the IT Consulting Firm of the school, to help manage students transactions with the school electronically. With this system our dear Parents/Students can view online, their ward's transaction history with the school and know their balances. The system also sends sms and email notifications to Parents for any transaction on their ward's school local account.
LUMEN CHRISTI INVENTORY SYSTEM
A School Inventory System is designed to help manage the school inventory, display it on your website (if you want), and provide you with the tools you need whether you are displaying 5 item or 5,000. The ability to manage products and Facilities through this easy to use tool makes inventory management at Lumen Christi International High School simple.
